Zutaten:

  • 250g Mehl
  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • 50g Zucker
  • 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
  • 3 Eier
  • 250ml Milch
  • 80ml pflanzliches Öl

Zubereitung:

  1. Mehl, Backpulver, Zucker und Vanillezucker in einer Schüssel vermischen.
  2. In einer zweiten Schüssel die Eier, Milch und das Öl verquirlen.
  3. Die feuchten Zutaten zu den trockenen geben und alles zu einem glatten Teig vermengen.
  4. Den Waffeleisen vorheizen.
  5. Den Teig auf beiden Seiten des Waffeleisens verteilen und ca. 5 Minuten backen, bis die Waffeln goldbraun sind
  6. Fertig!
