Zubereitung

  • Den Reis nach Anweisung zubereiten.
  • Die Gewürzgurken und Gurkenwürfel klein schneiden.
  • Alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen, die Crème Fraîche, Mayonnaise und den Senf darunter heben.
  • Den Salat mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und die Petersilie unterheben.
  • Fertig!

  • 2 Karotten
  • 1 rote Zwiebel
  • 2 EL Aceto Bianco
  • 2 TL Senf
  • 100g Schmand
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung

  1. Den Reis in der Gemüsebrühe 15 Minuten kochen bis er bissfest ist, abseihen und abtropfen lassen.
  2. Karotten und Zwiebel schälen, fein schneiden und in eine Schüssel geben.
  3. Vinegar,Senf und Schmand miteinander vermischen und über den Salat gießen.
  4. Ein wenig Olivenöl dazugeben und das Ganze abschmecken.
  5. Nun den Reis zum Gemüse hinzugeben, alles gut durchmischen.
  6. Den Reissalat vor dem Verzehr nochmal abschmecken und geniesen.
