Zutaten:
- 2kg Kartoffeln
- 100g geriebener Käse
- 200ml Sahne
- Ein Bund Schnittlauch
- 2 EL Butter

Zubereitung:
- Kartoffeln schälen, waschen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden

- Sahne und Schnittlauch darüber geben und die Butter darüber zerbröckeln
- Den geriebenen Käse darauf streuen und ca. 50 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen.
