Zutaten:

  • 3 Hähnchenbrustfilets
  • 1 große Zwiebel
  • 2 Zweige frischer Thymian
  • 2 EL Curry
  • 1 Dose Kokosmilch
  • 1 EL Butter
  • Salz & Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

  • Hähnchenfilets: Die Hähnchenfilets salzen & pfeffern und in einer beschichteten Pfanne anbraten, bis sie schön gebräunt sind. Herausnehmen und beiseite stellen.
  • Zwiebel: Die Zwiebel schälen und klein schneiden. In der Pfanne mit der Butter kurz andünsten. Es soll nur eine leichte Bräunung entstehen.
  • Curry: Jetzt kommen die Curry und das Thymian dazu. Umrühren und dann die Kokosmilch hinzufügen. Aufkochen und den Sitz des Currys mit Salz & Pfeffer abschmecken.
  • Garen: Zuletzt die Hähnchenfilets wieder in die Sauce geben und alles zusammen ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.

Fertigstellung:

Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit nochmal abschmecken, eventuell nochmal Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen. Guten Appetit !
